Goldbet Privacy Policy
About this policy
Goldbet is a sports equipment management app provided by Ken sistems Innovations. This policy describes how the current app handles information when you manage stock, member labels, equipment loans, returns, and backups.

Information you enter and access
Goldbet stores the records you create on your device. These include equipment names, categories and quantities; member labels; loan quantities, checkout dates and due dates; optional notes; return, loss and damage records; adjustment reasons; and transaction history. It also creates local record identifiers to connect these records. Member labels and free-text fields may contain personal information if you enter it.
The app reads a backup file you select or backup text you paste when you choose to restore records. It uses your device’s current date for dates, reports, and overdue calculations. It does not require an account or sign-in.
Collection and purposes
The current app does not automatically transmit your equipment or member records to the developer. Records are processed locally to manage stock availability, track handoffs and returns, calculate outstanding and overdue loans, maintain transaction history, and generate reports, exports, summaries, and backups. Core record management works offline, and no developer-operated synchronization service is implemented.
The inspected application does not implement advertising, analytics, remote crash reporting, or tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Although its Android manifest includes internet permission, the current equipment-management features do not implement network requests.
Storage and device backups
On Android, the app saves its ledger in app-private SharedPreferences storage. The browser preview saves its ledger in the browser’s local storage.
Android system backup is enabled for the app. Depending on your device settings and backup service, Android may back up and restore app data. Such backups are managed by your device platform and backup provider under their own settings and policies.
Exports, sharing, and third parties
You can export stock and loan ledgers as CSV files, save a complete JSON backup, or share an equipment summary through Android’s share sheet. Loan exports can include member labels, dates, notes, and transaction reasons. JSON backups contain the complete ledger, including archived records. Shared summaries include equipment availability and outstanding equipment by member, including due dates.
Exports are written to the destination you select through the system document picker. If you choose a cloud storage provider or a sharing app, that service receives the information you choose to save or share and handles it under its own privacy practices. Restoring a file reads the backup you select and, after confirmation, replaces the app’s current records.
Goldbet does not automatically sell or share your ledger with advertisers or other third parties. The inspected dependencies include AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, and Kotlin libraries for application functionality; no advertising, analytics, or remote data-collection SDK was identified.
Security
The app uses Android’s app-private storage for its saved ledger. It validates backup contents before offering to replace records and asks for confirmation before replacement. Import, export, and storage failures may produce local Android diagnostic logs; no remote log upload is implemented.
The app does not implement additional encryption for its stored ledger or exported CSV and JSON files. Those exports are readable text, so protect the files and choose destinations and recipients carefully. No app-managed network transfer is implemented, and the security of transfers made through a selected storage or sharing service depends on that service. No storage or transfer method can guarantee complete security.
Retention and deletion
The app does not apply an automatic retention period. Local records remain until the app’s data is cleared, records are replaced through a confirmed backup restore, or the app is removed. Archiving equipment or a member label preserves its historical records; it does not delete them.
You can remove the Android app’s local records through your device’s app-storage controls. For the browser preview, you can clear the preview’s browser site data. Exported files, shared copies, and system backups may remain separately and must be managed through their respective locations or providers.
There is no in-app deletion-request service. You can contact info@kensistems.online for privacy or deletion assistance. Because the current app does not send the developer a copy of your ledger, the developer cannot remotely access or erase records stored only on your device or copies held by services you select.
Children’s privacy
Goldbet’s current functionality is equipment management, and its intended age audience has not been established in the supplied information. The app does not implement age verification or an online registration service. Team organizers should use member labels carefully, particularly for children, and avoid entering unnecessary personal information in labels or notes. Records about children have the same local storage, export, and sharing behavior described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to Goldbet’s features or information handling. Review the version made available with the app or its store listing for updates.
